Senior DevOps Engineer

We're currently looking for:

A Senior DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in GCP and Cloudflare to enhance the automation, scalability, and reliability of our infrastructure. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud-based architectures, and monitoring systems to support our development teams. Additionally, you will oversee incident response processes while ensuring secure and reliable WordPress hosting with enterprise-level security measures.

What you’ll be doing:

GCP Infrastructure & CI/CD

• Design, deploy, and manage GCP services: Cloud SQL, Cloud Run, Cloud Build, and associated CI/CD pipelines.

• Optimize serverless architectures (Cloud Run) and containerized workloads.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform or Ansible for GCP resource provisioning.

Cloudflare Platform Mastery

  • Configure and maintain Cloudflare Enterprise features:

    • Workers, KV for edge computing.

    • WAF rulesets and bot management to mitigate threats.

    • Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) policies for secure application access.

    • Database management integrations (e.g., Cloudflare Tunnel for GCP Cloud SQL).

Security & Compliance

  • Enforce WAF policies, service account governance, and IAM role hardening across GCP.

  • Implement Zero Trust principles for network and application security.

  • Conduct vulnerability scans and audit logging.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GCP CLoud build, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).

  • Strong hands on expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Knowledge of database management (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

  • Experience in scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or Go.

  • Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).

  • Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.

  • Familiarity with networking, security, and compliance best practices.

  • Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems and microservices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
